Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Item: If the product delivered does not match your order specifications.

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made items where the customization was completed as per the provided specifications.
