  • What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via USPS Priority mail which typically takes 2 – 3 business days to receive your package once shipped.

 

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not do international shipping

 

  • How Long Will It Take to Get My Package

Once your package has shipped it should arrive within 2 – 3 business days as long as there are no issues during transit. Once a package has left our facility it is then in the hands of the United States postal service and their responsibility to ensure the package gets delivered to you. We do our best to monitor your packages during transit to ensure that they arrive on time. If a package is lost or never received, we will issue you a full refund, or ship out a replacement order at least 48 hours after the package has been marked not received.

 

  • What do I do if a package is not received?

if you have not received your package please reach out to sales support via chat, phone, text, or email. We will then track the package to find out where it’s located and reach out to the carrier for delivery details as well as keep you posted on the status of your package. if the package is not delivered within 48 hours past the actual delivery date we will take care of submitting reimbursement claims for lost packages with the postal service and process  a full refund or replacement of your order.

 

  • How long does it take to process my order?

Our processing time varies depending on the product and quantity that is being ordered, but typically ranges from 1 – 7 business days. Please check the products details for actual processing time.

 

  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners cards. You can also find our payment methods listed at the bottom right-hand side of our website for any changes to payment methods or any methods that may not be listed here.

 

  • Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Purchasing from our website is secure and safe our website is encrypted with 256bit SSL encryption as well as firewall and anti-spoofing protection through WordFence ensuring our website and your personal information is completely secure from hackers.

 

  • How do I place an Order?

You can place an order by adding the items to your shopping cart and clicking the checkout button. You will then be redirected to our checkout page where you can then fill in all of the required information for processing and shipping your order.

 

  • How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order by logging into your account and clicking the orders tab and then the cancel order button.

To change your order, you will need to reach out to sales support via chat, phone, or text to process amendments to your order. Order amendments can only be made as along as the order status is Pending, or Processing.  Once an order status has changed to Shipped, Producing, Packaging, or Completed, no changes or order amendments can be made at this point.

 

  • What dose each order status mean?

 

  1. Pending – Means your order has been placed and your payment has been accepted and the order is awaiting review.

 

  1. Processing – Means your order is being reviewed and materials are being picked to start producing your items.

 

  1. Producing – Means your order has been reviewed all materials have been picked and your item is being produced.

 

4: Packaging– Means your order is completed and is being packaged for shipping and awaiting shipment.

 

5: Shipped – Means your order has been picked up by the post office and  is currently in transit to its delivery destination.

 

6: Completed – Means your order has been shipped and delivered

 

7: Awaiting Return – Means a return request has been submitted and processed and the item is awaiting to be received back by our facility.

 

8: Returned – Means items has been returned and a refund has been issued

 

9: Replaced – Means replacement item has been shipped and delivered.

 

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order you can use our guest checkout option instead but be aware that with guest checkout there is no order history and less traceability for orders placed this way.

 

  • How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order via the package tracking number from the USPS website or by using the track your order form on our website and entering the order id and billing email used during checkout.

 

  • How Can I Return a Product?

To return an item just reach out to our sales team and provide the order id and reason for return and we will process your return request and email you a shipping label to return the item.
